I have been working as a Pelvic Physical Therapist for the past 15+ years.  I specialize in pregnancy, postpartum, bladder, bowel and pelvic pain.  I received my Doctorate of PT from University of Washington in 2007.

I hear all the time from my patients, "I wish someone had told me this sooner."  While you can't prevent all impairment and dysfunction, you can take steps to strengthen, recover and prepare for all the changes your body will go through.

My aim with the Postpartum Recovery Class is to re-establish a foundation of strength, recover proper core function and teach basic anatomy, function and pelvic prevention strategies.

Don't wait for something to go wrong, take steps now to lay a foundation of strength and good habits that will prepare you for healthy and active living in the years to come.
