ABOUT ME
I have been working as a Pelvic Physical Therapist for the past 15+ years. I specialize in bladder, bowel, prolapse, pelvic pain, pregnancy and postpartum. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine from Pepperdine University then earned my Doctorate of PT from University of Washington in 2007. Movement and fitness have always been an integral part of my life. I was a competitive runner through college but these days my time is consumed watching my 3 kids compete in their own sports. I enjoy strengthening, hiking and skiing in my spare time.
I love teaching women about their bodies and empowering them to use exercise and movement to take charge of their health. Proper core coordination and strength is critical for organ support, bladder and bowel control, stress management, posture, balance and even digestion! Pelvic health is fascinating!
