Core Objectives

Good health starts in the core.  From posture to strength to dietary habits, what happens in our core has a cascade of impact on overall health and mobility. Our objective is to build foundational strength and good habits to prevent and manage common core conditions.  

The Postpartum Recovery class teaches women how to build strength from the inside out, for a smooth transition back to daily activity and exercise.  We focus on deep core activation, pelvic stabilization, body mechanics and good food and fluids habits to prevent pain, bowel and bladder dysfunction.
